You can also get some in Bluewater Marsh, near Hannover, and near your campsite in Valentine. Once you find the Yarrow take it back to him to receive some Horse Reviver. Use your Eagle Eye if you're having trouble. You can find some nearby just Southwest in the Heartlands. Yarrow is all over the map, but there are a few locations you can grab it. He'll ask you to find some Yarrow, a red flower. Talk to him and he'll explain what the mission has to offer. You'll find the traveler just above the L in The Heartlands on the map, between the two paths in the wilderness.
